Do not send your full journal, passwords, API keys, purchase tokens, or payment-card numbers. Use the same address for privacy questions or to request deletion of previous support correspondence.
Common questions
Do I need a subscription to keep a journal?
Writing, reading saved records, and exporting are being prepared as features available without a subscription. AI newspaper generation is the paid feature. Pricing and generation limits will be announced before launch.
Are my entries automatically sent to AI?
No. The service server and OpenAI process a selected week's entries only when you request AI generation and agree to the transfer. See the privacy information for details.
Will my records move automatically to a new device?
There is no cross-device synchronization or cloud journal backup. Use a full export to preserve important records yourself. Exported records can be read outside the app, but importing a backup file into this app is not currently supported.
Does deleting an entry also delete its newspaper?
Saved newspapers that cite the entry are deleted too. Export anything you want to keep first. Content already shared to another service must be managed separately in that service.
How do cancellation and purchase restoration work?
Once subscriptions are available, use the purchasing store account's subscription settings to cancel, or Restore purchases in the app to recheck access. Use the same store account. Transfers between iOS and Android are not supported. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
I generated a newspaper, but it was not saved
If the response is lost in transit, a generation can count without a saved result. The server does not retain newspaper contents and cannot recover that result. Tell us what happened before making repeated generation attempts.
